Arsenal for most of the recent years have lacked ambition and many have claimed that they need to see more from the club. However, with each passing season, football has become more of a money game. Those who spend more in the market to bring in better players many a times show their strength on the pitch. This seems not to be the case with Wenger and his team.
Arsenal last summer spent over 48M Pounds and that was to acquire the services of Alexandre Lacazette and Sead Kolasniac who came in for free and failed to solve some of the midfield issues that they have.
With Alexis Sanchez having refused to sign a new deal with Arsenal in the summer, many had hoped that Wenger would have brought in new players who could have acted as a back up in the event the Chilean decided to leave.

Mesut Ozil also seems to be desiring a move away from the North London club but Arsene and the Arsenal hierachy seem to be taking their time in realizing that the team needs to address the imminent departures of two of their star players.
Currently Arsenal have one player who seems to be playing for the club with everything that he has got and that is injury prone Jack Wilshere who many fans feel should be given a new deal and the captaincy armband.

After Arsenal yesterday lost to Bournemouth in a not so entertaining game, many will be red faced asking themselves what the actual goals and purpose of Arsenal as a football club are.

Arsenal need many new players to be able to boost their chances of having anything in resemblance to a fight for a Champions League spot. As it looks now, the team has more worry of Burnley than their North London compatriots Tottenham Hotspurs.
Is the French man the problem? Definitely he is! But is he the only one? No! Arsenal could be having issues starting from Stan to the cleaners and a general overhaul just needs to be put in place to clean up the mess that Arsenal is currently suffering from.
Arsenal are said to be seeking for the services of Pierre Emerik Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund, Brazilian winger Malcom from Bordeaux and Henrikh Mkhitaryan who they want to swap for from United as Alexis Sanchez goes to Old Trafford.
