Coach Abdalla Mubiru will be happy that they have begun their journey on reinforcing their team before the Uganda premier League kicks off in October.

Tony will add the much-needed experience to a Police side who played brilliant entertaining football all season but conceded goals and lacked the cutting edge when it came to scoring goals.

The combative midfielder and Abdalla Mubiru have a rare opportunity to rebuild Police FC but they sure can’t get their hopes up to win the league considering that the best clubs in the country are literally scooping all the best talents available.
