The English Premier League has released the 2020/21 season calendar for which sees defending Champions taking on Eglish Football League (Championship) champions Leeds United on the opening weekend.
Arsenal who finished 8th in the previous campaign will travel to Craven Cottage for a London derby against Scot Parker’s Fulham.
Manchester United was to open their campaign against Burnley while Manchester city was to start off against Aston Villa who narrowly survived relegation but because of how far they advanced in their respective European engagements, the two clubs from Manchester will not be engaged in the first games of the season as they were awarded a two weeks rest.
Liverpool has rather interesting first games seeing as they will have to take on Arsenal and Chelsea within September which will provide an interesting start to the campaign.

Arsenal won’t have theirs easy too seeing as they will have to play Fulham, Westham, Liverpool, Sheffield United, Manchester City, Leicester City, and Manchester United in their first 7 games of the Premier League campaign.
Frank Lampard’s Chelsea starts their campaign against Brighton Albion away and after which they will host defending champions Liverpool. They then have games against Crystal Palace Southampton, Manchester United and Burnley as their first 7 games of the season.
Manchester United’s first 7 games of the season start with Burnley, Crystal Palace, Brighton, Tottenham, Newcastle United, Chelsea, and Arsenal.
Manchester City will open their campaign against Aston Villa, then play Wolves, Leicester City, Leeds United, Arsenal, Westham United and Sheffield United for their first 7 games of the campaign.
Manchester United and Manchester City will open their season in the second game week which means that for Manchester City they start against Wolves while Man United starts against Crystal Palace. This as explained earlier is because both teams finished at the Quarterfinal stages of their different tournaments.
There is a massive possibility that the game between Tottenham and Manchester United slated for the 3rd of October could see a number of fans returning to the stadium. This game will be at Old Trafford.
