Leroy Sane Joins Bayern in a 54.8M Pound Deal

Bayern Munich has been looking to strengthen their squad for the next season and Manchester City forward, Leroy Sane has been at the forefront of the demand for the Bavarians.

Sane had already agreed on personal terms with Bayern Munich and all that was remaining for the two clubs to agree on a fee.

With the two clubs having agreed on the fee, Leroy Sane will join Bayern Munich after the closure of the English Premier League which is still going on, unlike the German Bundesliga which came to a conclusion over the weekend.

Leroy will now join the German champions who clinched their league title for the 8th consecutive time ahead of rivals Borussia Dortmund.

Manchester City has been below par the entire 2019/2020 campaign and losing Leroy Sane is probably something they had been braced for as the forward had indicated his desire to leave the Citizens.

Leroy Sane joins a host of really interesting players that manager Hansi Flick will be working with next season including Alfonso Davies, Serge Gnabry among many others.

Bayern Munich is currently on a rebuilding phase and Leroy Sane who is 25 years of age definitely fits right into the structure that they are trying to build.

For Bayern Munich, a team that can give them a comparative advantage in the UEFA Champions League is someone that they most definitely need and Sane should be able to add power in that attacking side.

The Bavarians will now have to contend with finding a replacement for key midfielder Thiago Silva who has indicated that he is ready to leave the Allianz Arena.

But for Hansi Flick, Leroy Sane with his hunger for goals and ability to create goals for his team-mates, his pace and energy, he is the right player to fit right into his system.

Sane has been frustrated at Manchester City ever since the coming of Pep Guardiola and he has been looking for an opportunity to play elsewhere before zeroing down on Bayern Munich.
