Chelsea Host Manchester United in Battle for 4th Place in EPL

Chelsea is hosting Manchester United tonight’s EPL major game with champions league places on the line for both sides.

Chelsea who is currently in 4th position with only 41 points knows that a win against Manchester United who is just 6 points behind them would give them a bit of breathing space from the Red Devils.

Chelsea has even bigger worries in Tottenham Hotspurs who are just 1 point behind them and Sheffield United who are 2 points behind.

For Frank Lampard, he knows that anything short of a win against Manchester United who has prided themselves in beating big boys this season is ultimately crucial.

Chelsea will be without Christian Pulisic who has been sidelined with an injury and welcome back Loftus Cheek who has been playing with the under 23 team for the last 3 weeks.

Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, Ngolo Kante, Kovavic, and Callum Hudson Odoi will need to be at the top of their game tonight.

Will it be Chelsea or Manchester United in tonight’s big clash?

The big question will be on who Frank Lampard chooses to pair in the central defense alongside Rudiger, will it be Zuma or will it be Tomori.

Manchester United welcome back Scott McTominay to play alongside Fred while letting new signing Bruno Fernandez run the show in picking out key runs of the strikers and wingers.

Tonight, Manchester could play their new signing Odion Ighalo after he was cleared by the Health department from the Corona Virus scare.

Ole Gunner and his players know that they have no room for error because their fierce rivals Arsenal are breathing down their neck after yesterday’s 4-0 win. The Gunners are now just 1 point behind the Red Devils as they travel to the Stamford Bridge.

Manchester United will be without their top goal scorer Marcus Rashford who is still sidelined because of the back strain and Paul Pogba who has been out for long because of an ankle injury.
