Horror fans brace yourselves for a big scare as IT: Charpter Two featurette returns offering those pretty good scare scenes that send chills to your spine making you regret why you loved clowns in the first place.
The new IT: Chapter Two featurette has been released featuring director Andy Muschietti promising to “crank up the horror” as novel writer Stephen King and the cast discuss how the sequel puts the characters front and center, making it a sort of “coming-of-age” tale.
The new IT: Chapter Two brings a talented cast to life having the likes of James McAvoy (X-Men franchise, Split) as Bill, Jessica Chastain (Crimson Peak, The Martian) as Beverly, Bill Hader (Barry, Trainwreck) as Richie, Jay Ryan (Beauty and the Beast) as Ben and James Ransone (Generation Kill) as Eddie, with Andy Bean (Here and Now) as Stanely Uris.
There is also Isaiah Mustafa as Mike, Teach Grant (Altered Carbon, Damnation) as Henry Bowers, Jess Weixler (The Son, Chained for Life) as Bill’s wife, Xavier Dolan (Boy Erased) as Adrian Mellon, Will Beinbrink (Queen of the South) as Tom Rogan and, of course, the return of Bill Skarsgård as the clown Pennywise.
We are totally excited about this new release and hope it will be better than the first one. The second chapter t is written by Gary Dauberman from the book by Stephen King with Muschietti at the front of the directors role.
The movie will arrive in theaters on September 5, 2019 as the previous IT did when it debuted last year making $123.1 million on opening weekend which was the highest opening weekend ever for a horror movie in September.
The film earned over $700 million at the worldwide box office, making it the highest-grossing horror movie of all time. The second chapter could even surpass the first one but its too early to tell yet as only 4 days are left before it premiers.
