After the third time, it is okay to suspend the technician or even fire them if they won’t change.

While technology and the internet have made work easier since people don’t have to meet face to face, it is still important to regularly meet with your technicians. You can make these meetings at least once every two weeks.

During these meetings, discuss all the aspects of work, including the technicalities of their work, their interactions with their coworkers, and the policies of the companies. If time allows and your technicians are okay with it, you can discuss their personal lives and mental health.
