Charles ‘Neymar’ Lwanga recently made a big move for Kasasiro Boys (KCCA FC) as the talented forward signed a 3-year deal with the club which lasts up to 2023.
Upon becoming one of KCCA FC’s first signings of the summer during the transfer window, Lwanga revealed the news on the club’s TV on Sunday and expressed his excitement at joining the club.
“It feels great to be joining KCCA FC. It has always been my dream to play for such a big club and I can’t wait to win trophies with them” – he said.
Lwanga further said: “I love their playing style, keeping possession, and moving the ball forward fast. Something that I will be enjoying.”
The star player will now have the opportunity to impress the head coach of KCCA, Mike Mutebi when the Uganda Premier League commences on October 17 2020. The gaffer is very much determined to bring in new faces who are willing to work hard and make KCCA FC more competitive next season.
Charles Lwanga always dreamed of playing at KCCA FC
With the likes of Ibrahim Sadam Juma, Erisa Ssekisambu and Mike Mutyaba being disposed of by the club, Charles Lwanga is an exciting signing to fill in the void.
Mike Mutebi made it perfectly clear that he will only give a chance to players that are willing to learn and achieve success for the club and it is evident in his first signings of Charles Lwanga and Ashraf Mugume.

The Kasasiro Boys will have to strengthen in key areas if they’re to challenge their arch-rivals, Vipers FC and SC Villa for trophies in the upcoming season.
