YouTube introduced it’s “Breaking News” section in people’s feeds a few days back across platforms as Alphabet continues to tailor custom content playlists to users logged into Google Accounts, Android Police reports.
YouTube has been the venue where most viewers go to watch their favorite videos and selected playlists but this time around that’s going to change.
Google is spicing things up and has gone ahead to launch its breaking news section to offer its users fresh updates on what’s going on around the world.

At the moment Google is busy trying to bring publishers to the new feature through special programs with Amp. This however, presents an opportunity to see how these partnerships may contribute to the ever growing success of the YouTube platform.
