When news of a Fast and Furious video game first surfaced, many thought it was just another hoax and it would never happen but eventually, the idea was picked up by several big video game companies.
Recently, Bandai Namco, Universal Games and Slightly Mad Studios released gameplay footage for their upcoming vehicle heist action game, Fast & Furious Crossroads, showcasing the single-player story mode and much more.
The game is based on the famous Fast and Furious movie franchise which has over eight films in total, with a ninth instalment already on the way though it was postponed to April 2, 2021, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Crossroads is expected to deliver an action-packed experience for fans of the franchise adding on an adventure filled with car pursuits, escapes, takedowns and heists in both a single-player story mode and a multiplayer mode. In multiplayer, players will also be able to form crews with friends and take part in destructive vehicle experiences and mayhem.
Fast and Furious Crossroads to offer players non-stop cinematic style action
Crossroads will also feature amazing and exciting non-stop cinematic-style action for the fans throughout the game as they get to race through exotic locations like Athens, Barcelona, and Morocco with fast cars.
Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson will be reprising their roles as fan-favourite characters Dom, Letty and Roman, other stars include Sonequa Martin-Green and Asia Kate Dillon. Plus all vehicles making an appearance in-game have been selected by Dennis McCarthy, the official Fast & Furious car coordinator.

Fast and Furious Crossroads is expected to hit the streets on 7th August on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC respectively.
