The Samsung S10 Could Be The Best Phone This Year

The Samsung Galaxy S10 is definitely raising eyebrows and it’s expected to be the game changer everyone has been waiting for this year with some impressive features and design packed all together.

Before we go deeper into the specifics, what really makes the S10 stand out is its impressive 6.1-inch Infinity Display. It’s an awesome improvement from the previous flagships that really sells this smartphone. Let’s not forget about the design too. The Samsung S10 introduces a nearly-edge-to-edge look that stretches top to bottom giving you a wider view of the pixels over the curved edges of the phone leaving out the usual bezel style.

Its new Infinity-O screen, which is a Super AMOLED display on both the Galaxy S10 Plus and Galaxy S10e displaces the front camera turning it into a small ‘punch-hole’ in the screen leaving all the important sensor tech at the back.

For those not aware yet, the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor isn’t at the back anymore or visibly seen on the phone however, it has been put back at the front which is great news as some of us were getting tired of fighting with the back-style design.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 has officially joined the punch-hole display trend and has adopted the in-screen fingerprint sensor technology after the debut of the Honor View 20, OnePlus 6T and Huawei Mate 20 Pro including a few Vivo phones which took on the same trends earlier.

According to Tech Radar, ‘It’s all in the cause of achieving that impressive 93.1% screen-to-body ratio on the front of the phone. And, frankly, we like it a bit better than a traditional notch. It won’t bug you after a couple of hours with the Samsung Galaxy S10.’

Apart from the changes in design and display, the Galaxy S10 also has the Wireless PowerShare feature which lets you use the back of the S10 to Qi charge another phone or the new Galaxy Buds just like the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The camera too is still great and can take good photos in low light places.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 price starts at $899 for the 128GB of storage model while the 512GB model costs $1,149. It doesn’t come cheap and is more expensive than the previous S9 flagships. So, be ready to spend.

All in all, seeing what Samsung has done with its new Galaxy S10, it’s definitely worth doing an upgrade if you don’t mind dishing out those extra bucks.
