Makerere university has again gone on strike but this time around it is the lecturers who have decided to have a sit down strike.

This is because they have been demanding a 20% increment onto their salary however, the top management has failed to deliberate on the subject and so the lecturers have decided to take the matters into their own hands and this simply means that should the strike continue the examination program that had been drafted could be affected since it is the very lecturers who also invigilate the examination process.

Now the students are left in a puzzle whether they will do their examinations on time or it will be postponed of which they do not entirely welcome the latter.
